We decided to play with an icon. We asked ourselves: How do you elevate the perfectly minimal Nikka Whisky bottle? (Short answer: You probably don't need to! We are huge fans of the current design, which made this conceptual challenge even better.) Our Exploration: The Barrel's Imprint. Since the whisky develops its character inside the wood, we imagined allowing the barrel to leave its "imprint" on the product. Our concept maintains Nikka's elegant simplicity while introducing a subtle, tactile wood texture on the glass, creating a powerful, physical connection to the maturation process.
